Family and beach time at the Cote d'Azur

We had a great time at the Cote d'Azur. Homa came to visit us for a few days in Cipieres. At the same time Mehran and Petra were holidaying in Juan le Pin and we got to catch up with them. Here are some swimming/playing pictures with Milla and Mehran as well as Morad and Homa!

his is where we stayed, in a small village just an hour outside of Nice! We rented a little apartment with terrace and pool ! Milla loves the water and it was soo much fun!

Milla's Summer trip to Europe

End of August we left for a vacation in Europe with the intent to stay for two weeks .... well it ended up being 6 weeks since our visa renewal took way longer than expected! We had a great time though ... Frankfurt-Nice (Cipieres)-Bistensee- Wedding from Christina and Hendrik-Bistensee-Munich-Bistensee- NEW YORK!!!!! I will do a couple of posts with different pics!

Milla's first bday

I still can't believe it, our little girl is already turning 1!!! It seems like yesterday that we was born! Her birthday was on a Wednesday and we both took the day off to celebrate with her. It was a beautiful Summer day and she really enjoyed unpacking all her gifts. On Sunday we invited her friends and fans to a birthday picknick in Central Park, which was a lot of fun. Have fun watching a few pictures from the big event, a very emotional day for her Mum! Thank you all for coming to her first birthday party!!!! Soo appreciated!

Aug 8-10: Lakehouse fun!

We had a fantastic weekend with Juergen and the kids at the "Green House" in upstate New York! Milla really enjoyed swimming at the lake and playing with the Luecke kids! We had a lot of fun!

Little angel or little devil ???

Our little girl is starting to develop her personality and sometimes a little temper. Not sure from whom she got that ?!? Little angel or little devil ... well, I have decided for little angel!

Sandy Hook on Aug 1: a perfect beach day!

We went to the beach yesterday and had a great time. Mille loves sand (as you can see) and the sea! Fruit salad is new on her menu and blueberries seem to be a new favorite! Hopefully we will manage to go again this summer to Sandyhook!

Coney Island ... one of our favorites for the weekend!

We recently went again for a day to Coney Island! As usual it was a lot of fun ... although not really beachweather
